They are for people who have lost a tooth or number of teeth and they are looking to replace them by a fixed option (versus a removable plate). There are only a small number of patients who can not benefit from dental implants and Age is NOT a factor in having dental implants.
We make sure your mouth is numb during the procedure so you should not feel pain or discomfort.
We have a range of options for anxious patients, including an in house anaesthetist who can put you into sleep and you won’t feel or remember your procedure after.
Like any surgery, you may experience some pain or swelling, however, both can be managed with prescribed medications.
Age is not a consideration for an implant. So anyone, regardless of their age, can replace their missing teeth by an implant.
First a thorough examination of your mouth is done by our senior dentist, Dr Faris. Then a 3D scan of your mouth along with a 3D x-ray with our state-of-the-art equipment will be done, all in house. This data is used to reconstruct your mouth virtually. Then the exact location of the fixture with the appropriate size and length is determined. This is the part that the skill and knowledge of the dentist will come into play. We then contact you with the results. An appointment will be set for the first stage of the surgery where the implant is placed inside the bone. We wait for about 3 months until the implant is fully healed, then we scan the implant and send it to our local laboratory to construct the crown (the new tooth) which will be in most cases screwed on the implant.
Depending on your bone and gum condition, you will get a tooth either straight away or 3 months after the implant placement. For situations where aesthetics are important, e.g. front teeth, we will give you a temporary tooth to make sure you leave our clinic with a tooth.
Implants, like teeth, would require to be looked after. Poor oral hygiene can damage teeth and implants.
If it is looked after and you get regular check-ups with us or a dentist who is experienced in dental implants, you can expect them to last at least 10 years or more. It does not mean after this period the implants will need replacement. As long as the oral hygiene is good, the implants like natural teeth could last for life.
Please have a look at the before and after pictures from some of our clients to validate our high-end work. On some of the back teeth surface, you may notice a dark spot in the middle. That is the access to retrieve the tooth if any maintenance is required. We deliberately fill those access holes with a darker material to allow us to identify them in future should the need arise.

Implants are titanium screws that anchor new replacement teeth into the jawbone, allowing you to live life with full confidence knowing that your dental implants are safe and secure. There are now over 50 years of well-documented clinical research and experience that demonstrate the reliability of the modern titanium implant. Technically, a dental implant acts as an artificial tooth root placed into the jaw to fix and hold the prosthetic tooth or bridge. Dental implants could be ideal for those who have lost one or more teeth due to injury or periodontal disease
